Welcome to Sensière. By booking our DIY fragrance cart or using our products and website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

  • Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Cancellations & Changes

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Date changes may be approved subject to availability.

  • If the event is cancelled by the host, all payments made remain non-refundable.

3. Cart Hire Conditions

  • Sensière provides an unmanned, self-guided perfume cart.

  • The host is responsible for ensuring safe, appropriate use of all materials.

  • The host must read and follow all safety instructions provided upon booking.

  • Children are not permitted to use the cart.

4. Guest Use & Safety

  • Guests must avoid contact of fragrances with the face, eyes, and broken skin.

  • Patch testing is recommended before full application.

  • Sensière is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

  • All bottles and droppers must be handled with care.

5. Damage, Loss & Security

  • The host is responsible for the cart and all materials during the hire period.

  • Any damage, loss, or stolen items will be invoiced to the host.

6. Liability

  • Sensière is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, staining, or property damage arising from use or misuse of fragrances.

  • By booking, the host accepts full responsibility for guest behaviour and safety.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, images, brand names, wording, and website content remain property of Sensière and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Agreement

By booking with Sensière, the host agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions.
